Amit yoga teacher

Namaste to all! I am Amit Singh Bisht from India Rishikesh. I started yoga doing by myself when I was 15 years old. I started yoga because I wanted to be a teacher, Sports teacher. That time I did not think about yoga so much. One day my school had a yoga class event. It was very fun and I enjoyed. I wanted to know more about yoga. And I asked for my brother about yoga because he was working in yoga school kaivalyadhama Ashram Lonavala Pune (India). After our long communication. I decided to go to the Ashram for study. When I was 20 years old, I went to Ashram Lonavala Pune in India for learning yoga. I learned their traditional Hatha yoga in 8 months. There were many professional teacher, I felt happy to study in there. And I had a communication with them about yoga. I thought if I want to become a teacher. I need more knowledge about yoga. Physical posture or Asana are not only yoga. Yoga is unity to join with spiritual mind and body.   

Qualification
BA Graduation from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna University.
Yoga Qualification

• Certificate in yoga teacher from Kaivalyadhama Lonavala disst Pune in India.
• Certificate in Advance yoga teacher from Branch 55 Adrash Gram, Rishikesh Himalaya India.
• Yoga Alliance 200 hours.
